background

In July 2012, Project Restoring Dignity began, a one-year program to transform the health and well-being of 25,000 vulnerable children and families in war torn northern Uganda through comprehensive WASH initiatives. Through your generous support, over 15,500 people were served with safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, increasing safe water access to nearly 89% of the population.

"While we’re proud of the results, what’s really moving are the stories of the people behind the numbers who now experience life with safe water, sanitation and hygiene."
