New, Personalized “My Giving” Accounts Show Giving Impact

Lifewater International’s new “My Giving” accounts provide a personalized dashboard so donors can view their giving and update their account details online.

“My Giving” accounts show the progress of every village that individual donors have sponsored or chosen to follow. With real photos and story updates from community members within Lifewater programs, you can now view your personalized impact!

When you log onto your “My Giving” Account at, you’ll be able to:

  1. See Your Projects: Read stories and see photos of families or students you’ve sponsored with safe water.
  2. Follow Real-Time Impact: With detailed data tracking, you know exactly where your water project is along the journey towards safe water.
  3. Update Information: Update your profile, credit card information, monthly gift, and more.

How to Log In Today

Your Lifewater “My Giving” account is connected to your primary email address (for current donors who give by mail, check your 2019 tax receipt for specific instructions on how to access your account).

If you’ve given online before, log in at and click “create a new password.” Once you enter your email, you’ll receive a simple password reset message in your inbox with a link to log into your account. (P.S. Be sure to use the email you used last time you gave!)
